Blueprint covers the essentials so you always have accurate numbers, organized records, and a clear picture of your business — without paying for support you don’t need yet.

  • Monthly bookkeeping & reconciliations

  • Up to 50 transactions

  • One bank or credit card account

  • Monthly financial statements

  • Email support with 2–3 business day response time

  • Year-end package prepared for your accountant

Foundation provides a strong financial base while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Included in this tier:

  • Full monthly bookkeeping & reconciliations

  • Up to 150–200 transactions

  • Multiple bank or credit card accounts

  • Monthly financial statements + summary reports

  • Quarterly GST/PST filings

  • Light AR/AP support (within limits)

  • A quick monthly check-in call or Loom video summary

  • Year-end accountant collaboration

This tier is ideal if:

  • You want more visibility into your finances

  • You have multiple accounts or higher activity

  • You need consistent support, not just the basics

  • You want someone to keep an eye on things and flag issues early

  • You outgrew DIY bookkeeping and want a reliable partner

Payroll Services

  • Payroll processing: $50 per pay run (up to 3 employees)

  • Additional employees: $10 each per pay run

  • T4/T4A year-end slips: included in payroll processing fees

  • ROE filing: included in payroll processing fees

Catch-Up & Clean-Up Work

  • Book cleanup or catch-up: $80–$120 per hour
    (Depending on complexity, volume, and level of reconstruction required)

  • Collaboration with your accountant at year-end

  • System improvements if needed (chart of accounts, workflows, etc.)

  • You want proactive insight, not just reporting

  • You need someone who understands multi-entity, multi-revenue, or complex workflows

  • You want bookkeeping to feel like a partnership, not a service

Tax Preparation

  • Personal tax return (T1): $150–$200

  • Self-employed T1: $300–$400

  • Couples (T1 + T1): $350

  • Self-employed couple: $500–$650

  • GST/PST returns (outside monthly package): $75 per filing

Advisory & Extras

  • Custom reporting package: Starting at $150

  • Additional check-in calls: $40 per 15 minutes

  • Systems review or chart of accounts cleanup: Quoted based on scope
